- What is the $1/month trial on Basic?
- New merchants on the Basic plan start at $1/month for the first 3 months, then move to the standard $19/month. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.
- What are the transaction fees?
- Transaction fees scale down as you grow: 3% on Basic, 1.5% on Growth, 1% on Advanced, and 0.6% on Boost. Fees are charged per sale processed through your storefront.
- Can I use my own OpenAI or Anthropic subscription?
- Yes. Add your own API keys in settings and the agents run on your account — your quota, your models, no markup from us.
- What payment methods can my customers use?
- Visa, Mastercard, and any payment method supported by Stripe in your region — all configured from your dashboard.
- Can I use my own domain?
